Banana Sandwich and Flax Seeds Benefits

I must have been really deprived of bananas last week as this week I can’t seem to get enough of them. I have had bananas for breakfast every single day. I was in a bit of a hurry this morning, so I made a quickest breakfast known to a man: toasted Arnold wheat bread, with honey peanut butter, flax seeds and banana. I also chowed it down as fast as I possibly could. One thing I am finding out during my pregnancy is that I don’t know how to eat slow and enjoy a meal.
