Weekly Menu

I am a planner at heart and nothing says organized than well stocked refrigerator and weekly menu. Now that the birthday celebrations are over and done with, OK, one more is still left, it’s time to get back to the weekly menu and clean eating. Sunday: Wheat pizza dough with pesto, mozzarella, pine nuts and spinach Monday: Seared salmon with balsamic glaze, steamed broccoli and wheat orzo pastaTuesday: Grilled chicken, chickpeas and pesto salad with NAAN breadWednesday: Broccoli slaw + asian ramen noodles salad with grilled chickenThursday: DINNER OUT…work eventFriday: Black bean burger with sweet potato friesSaturday: Mediterranean Chickpea patties and spinach salad
